Thank you for allowing The Carpet Medic to clean your home or office. Hopefully one of our certified technicians explained the following process to you, but if not we have included it here on our site.

  • Try to avoid walking on the wet carpet with dirty shoes unless it is absolutely necessary. Problems in this area can be avoided by simply taking your shoes off when you come in the door.
  • Do not place metallic items on the wet carpet for an extended period of time.
  • Do not remove the plastic guards or blocks that our technicians have put under your furniture until the carpet has dried completely.
  • If at all possible, keep pets off of the wet carpet.
